Chicken Fried Rice


  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1/3 c. frozen peas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lg chicken breast
  • Olive oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Garlic Powder
  • Diced Garlic
  • Onion Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


Saute your onion and peas in olive oil and diced garlic until the onion is translucent. At the same time, dice and cook your chicken breast with oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Add the cooked rice and chicken to the onions and peas. Add additional butter or olive oil if desired (it makes it soooo good, but also very fatty).

Cook your eggs and then add it to the rice mixture. Stir and let cook on low to medium until the rice mixture clumps with the rest of the ingredients. Douse in soy sauce.

You can replace chicken with shrimp or tofu for changes.
